Hells Kitchen season was Dave leveys 2009 6th Dave won tonight a position as Head Chef with Executive Chef James Walt of Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia, and the only thing I can say is well done Dave totally deserved.
Leveys, 32, is executive chef at San Diego, California, and defeated Kevin Cottle, 35, executive chef at Middletown, Conn., who took second place, and Contreras, 27, deputy chief of the Angeles, California's 3rd.
Leveys got to win tonight, one armed, literally, beating 17 participants played through the pain. Kevin was probably one of the most consistently good chefs in this season had to settle for runners up spot.
Chef Ramsay had chefs in the country to help the judge and he chose Ariel began not knowing what was served, and could not explain his plate. Kevin Mexican dish was well explained, it looks pretty good, but the highest leg because he forgot the sauce.
