Eighty-three nominations for comedy and drama programs as well as lead, support and guest artists, forty-one are not among the nominees last year - a forty-nine percent of change of the year list last of the candidates in these fourteen categories. Forty-nine were issue proposals for the network CBS, ABC, FOX, NBC, and thirty-four cable nominations. First series of programs including nominated drama Big Love and Breaking Bad.
